As one of the requirements to attain Microsoft's Gold Certified Partner status, Pinnacle had to declare and qualify for at least one specialized Microsoft competency. These competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner's capabilities in specific Microsoft technologies, each has a unique set of requirements and benefits formulated to accurately represent specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry.
This year Pinnacle achieved four Microsoft competencies: ISV competency, recognizing the skill and focus partners bring to a particular solution set. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners that have obtained this competency have a successful record of developing and marketing packaged software based on Microsoft technologies. Midmarket solution provider competency for expertise in providing solutions to midsize business by offering the most current technology and IT solutions knowledge that helps midsize businesses with their unique challenges. Data platform competency for showcasing skills in developing database applications based on Microsoft technology, including the Microsoft SQL Server data platform. Enterprise resource planning competency. recognizing expertise in deploying Microsoft Dynamics business management solutions, with specialization in Microsoft's Dynamics GP platform. Pinnacle also earned Microsoft business solutions capability status, proving expertise in marketing, selling, planning and building Microsoft-based solutions for businesses.
