Pinnacle Unveils Knowledge Resource Center

Offers online training courses

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Pinnacle Corp. has launched a new resource center called Knowledge Store. Pinnacle clients can go to Pinnsupport.com and find web-based training (WBT) classes, PowerPoint presentations and recordings of webinars on Pinnacle products as well as information on the content and registration for Arlington, Texas-based instructor-led training.

Knowledge Store provides a single point of access for our clients to find courses that meet their training needs. It houses all learning resources for self-paced training, instructor-led training, [image-nocss] and online seminars, said Roger Wall, Pinnacle's senior vice president of client services. By using the resources located in the Knowledge Store, our clients will have the opportunity to enhance their skills by learning more about the capabilities of our products.

Currently on Pinnsupport.com is a WBT course on Fuel Smart that focuses on general navigation of this award-winning product. The next course will be on general navigation of Price Book.

Pinnacle, headquartered in Arlington, is a major player in the automation technology industry, focusing on the convenience store and petroleum industries. It delivers products that automate store operations and supply chain management of fuel operations.

New product rollouts include Pinnacle Enterprise Performance Management, a near-real-time web-based business intelligence suite and Pinnacle Symphony.rf, the next generation of flexible and cost-efficient radio frequency store handhelds.
