RedPrairie Appoints Mayoras as CEO, Director

Succeeds departing Jazwiec

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- Technology optimization company RedPrairie Corp. has announced that R. Michael Mayoras has been appointed CEO. He succeeds John Jazwiec, who resigned effective Oct. 26, 2007, and is relocating with his family back to Chicago.

Mayoras will also serve on RedPrairie's board. He joined RedPrairie in 2004 as executive vice president of customer and delivery services, and was subsequently named president of SCE Americas in 2006. During his tenure, Mayoras has played a critical role in ensuring the success of RedPrairie's customers in implementing [image-nocss] and deriving value from RedPrairie's supply chain management software solutions.

Mayoras has more than 25 years experience in the consulting and software industries. Prior to joining RedPrairie, hes served as president of DigiTerra, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBER.

In addition, Martin Hiscox, president and managing director of international, has been appointed to the board in the role of vice chairman.

RedPrairie is a consumer-driven optimization company. Built on an advanced Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) developed over the past 10 years, the RedPrairie integrated suite of solutions offers on-demand capabilities to more than 25,000 sites worldwide.

RedPrairie's E2e solutions synchronize people and products throughout the customer buying cycle to ensure goods reach the right place at the right time. At the point of sale, this means consumers have access to desired products and that the store is staffed with the right people to help them make their purchases. In the production cycle, it means suppliers and manufacturers time and synchronize shipments and production based on demand signals from the retailer. And in the backroom of the store, it means having the least amount of inventory, solving the last yard problem of the retail supply chain, the company said.
