Sinclair Oil Selects Daktronics as LED Signage Provider

Petroleum distributor will specify firm's display products as part of approved imaging

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -- Sinclair Oil Corp. has announced that LED display manufacturer Daktronics Inc. is now the petroleum distributor's LED signage provider. Sinclair Oil, which supplies more than 2,000 stations and convenience stores in 22 states, will specify Daktronics LED gasoline price and message display products as part of its approved signage imaging.

Sign companies serving Salt Lake City, Utah-based Sinclair's independently operated stations will work with Daktronics to price, purchase, integrate and install the products to meet Sinclair's image standards.

"It's clear Sinclair Oil embraces this technology and understands its importance in promoting their brand image and adding value to its retailers."

Daktronics is a major supplier of computer-programmable displays, large-screen video displays, digital billboards and electronic scoreboards and control systems. The company specializes in the control of large display systems, including those that require integration of multiple complex displays showing real-time information, graphics, animation and video. Daktronics designs, manufactures, markets and services display systems for customers around the world, in sport, business and transportation applications.
