GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Through a partnership with Speedway SuperAmerica LLC, FreedomNet Solutions is expanding the opportunity for customers to telecommute from their mobile offices as part of the tech company's Drive-Through WiFi Mobility Network.
Through selected Speedway SuperAmerica and other retail locations, the network currently serves the Michigan communities of Allendale, Battle Creek, Cedar Springs, Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Plainwell, Portage, Portland, Wayland and Zeeland.
The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based [image-nocss] company is inviting retailers to join the Drive-Through WiFi Mobility Network and transform open parking into a new profit center. Nonprofit organizations are also invited to become Affiliate Partners and create residual fundraising by helping members capitalize on Drive-Through WiFi Mobiity Network access.
During May and June 2005, Grand Rapids, Mich., is inviting members of the vendor community to demonstrate their wireless Internet technology and involve residents in the next stage of creating a wireless-accessed city. FreedomNet is participating in this home-city demonstration by inviting the community as of April 15, 2005, to capitalize on complimentary access to FreedomNet's complete network through June 30, 2005.
