A major fuel marketer with more than 225 sites of which about half are operated by dealers, GasMart USA is a key player in the Missouri/Illinois markets, where most of its portfolio is.

The operator carries numerous flags on the forecourt, including BP, Cenex, Conoco, ConocoPhillips, Marathon, Phillips 66, Sinclair, Valero; and its total network includes 65 car washes.

GasMart may be best known to the average industry follower for its 2012 acquisition of 37 stores from PCF Saleco and the Jumpin Jimmy’s chain of stores in Illinois. Those deals nearly doubled the company’s size.

On the retail front, GasMart targets premium tobacco buyers with a robust tobacco set. It also sells a large assortment of OTP, including cigars, moist smokeless and roll-your-own.

Due to its many locations, rarely will you find two identical GasMart locations. The stores vary greatly in size and layout. The smallest are only 500 square feet and the average size is 1,500 square feet, though there are locations in the 2,500-square-foot range.
