Fresh all day is the company's motto, and this commitment to foodservice is the competitive advantage at its Twice Daily and Daily stores.

Twice Daily Convenience Stores are locally owned and operated by Tri Star Energy, a partnership between Kimbro Oil and The Parman Corporation, according to Tri Star. The newer Twice Daily store concept was initiated in 2012 and has been implemented at 40 of the chain's sites. Other stores are not large enough to carry the format, and will eventually have a new brand - TD Fuel - as the chain moves away from the Daily's name. Besides the 84 company-owned locations, Tri Star delivers fuel to 164 dealer locations. A chain of stores in Florida owned by First Coast Energy LLP also uses the Daily's brand, but it operates separately from Tri Star. The Florida chain is part-owned by Motiva, which also owns part of Tri Star Services LLC. The chains are not otherwise related, nor do they share any operations. Tri Star is eliminating the Daily's brand in its markets and will remove it from all stores. The company prides itself on its commitment of locally produced products sold in its stores, ultimately supporting jobs, local causes and culture.
