Bid process does not include fuel supply or gasoline branding

MESA, Ariz. -- Two operating convenience stores with gasoline in Mesa, Ariz., went on the market this week.

The properties, said to be located on a heavily trafficked street in Mesa, are being sold without fuel supply or gas brand.

One of the stores is 4,383 square feet on a 1.15-acre site that includes a car wash. The other is 2,470 square feet on a 20,700-square-foot site.

A lender for the sites has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC to coordinate the sale.

“These are attractive stores,” said Evan Gladstone, NRC’s executive managing director. “They should be a good fit for smaller operators or jobbers, and we expect strong interest from the market.”

The properties will be sold using NRC’s sealed-bid-sale process. Bids are due June 28. Click here for more information.
