Each year, many of us create a list of New Year’s resolutions. For many in the industry, it would be fair to say that we create and examine new resolutions all year long.
But as I was preparing for a recent industry panel, I asked myself how in fact the industry did last year, especially in regard to what we heard at last year’s NACS State of the Industry (SOI) Summit. The annual meeting certainly offered us much to think about and work on. Sonja Hubbard reminded us that “our industry is not recession-proof, but maybe, just maybe, it’s recession-resistant.”
