Retail: C-Store Foodservice Best in Class 2015

Each year, Technomic surveys c-store foodservice consumers to see how the leading chains are living up to their expectations. The Consumer Brand Metrics: Convenience Stores program includes scores for 22 leading convenience stores operating within the United States. The program covers the 20 largest c-store chains by number of units that offer foodservice, plus two chains chosen for their distinctive offerings (Pilot/Flying J and QuickChek). Scores indicate the percentage of consumers responding “good” or “very good” to each attribute.

Wawa, Sheetz and QuikTrip scored high across food and beverage attributes, while Kum & Go and ampm scored well for convenient location.
