For most people, shopping with us is a routine, ho-hum part of their day that ranks up there on the excitement scale of life with clipping toenails.

It’s that time of year when millions of people will load sleepy, already-bored, unruly kiddos and too-cool-for-a-familytrip teenagers into jam-packed vehicles and hit the highways for a journey to their favorite summer destinations.

I’m amazed when some people let a bungled burger or goofed gas pur­chase ruin their day.

"Who in his right mind would tell his boss this kind of thing?"

Honesty is such a lonely word. Everyone is so untrue. Honesty is hardly ever heard …” Really? My guess is that Billy Joel never worked a retail job.
