Juan Martinez

Juan Martinez, a 30-year foodservice industry veteran, is cofounder of Profitality (www.profitality.com), an industrial engineering consulting company that helps foodservice brands optimize their investment to support brand growth. Juan is a licensed professional engineer, with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and master’s and doctorate degrees in engineering and ergonomics from the University of Miami. He is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International.
