Methodology

For its Winning the War for Talent report, Technomic worked in collaboration with CSP subject matter experts to conduct an online quantitative survey of 2,000 consumers ages 18 and older in August and September 2017. The sample was split between those who currently or previously worked at c-stores or who are currently seeking a job at c-stores, and quotas were put in place for each. Technomic also conducted an online survey of 100 c-store operators in August 2017. The study was sponsored by DirecTV.
