In mid-March, Wawa Inc. debuted a 100% Tanzania LTO to its Reserve line of small-batch, rare coffees. Produced in the Mbeya region of Tanzania and grown at an elevation of nearly 5,000 feet, Wawa’s Reserve 100% Tanzania features flavor notes of concord grape and cocoa and a wine-like finish, according to the retailer. The LTO ran through early May.
Wawa first launched its Reserve coffee program in January with its 100% Kenya AA flavor.
