The Valparaiso, Indiana-based chain said it’s known for its espresso offerings of hot and iced gourmet drinks. Family Express offers Lattes, Macchiatos and Cappuccinos, all made with whole espresso beans and Family Express milk. In addition, it offers 12 hot and 12 iced coffee options via bean to cup.
Also of note is the chain’s Metz Luxury Tea offering, an upscale variety. As a point of differentiation, Family Express decided to make available the same tea option that a customer would likely find at a Four Seasons Hotel.
Family Express is now offering Java Wave (pictured) at home with Premium Java Wave Coffee Pods in Mild, Dark and Columbian Roasts available for purchase in store or online so customers can enjoy fresh Java Wave when they are unable to make it to a Family Express store.
Family Express, which has 81 stores, also has launched a beverage subscription program. For $10.99 per month customers can get a fresh cup of Java Wave as often as every four hours throughout the day.
