Tous les Jours describes itself as a K-bakery, originating in South Korea, according to CSP sister publication Restaurant Business.
Los Angeles-based Tous les Jours offers a wide variety of baked goods made fresh daily across its more than 200 U.S. cafes, while Max Gallegos, CMO of the brand’s North American operations, confirms the company is continuing its rapid expansion throughout the rest of the year.
“From bold espresso to handcrafted smoothies, our beverages a perfect accompaniment to our artisan baked goods,” according to the company’s website. Coffees include Iced Lavender Latte, Iced Cafe Mocha, Iced Cafe Latte, Cafe Mocha, Cappuccino, Caramel Macchiato, Lavender Latte, Cold Brew Tonic, Iced Americano and more.
There also are teas like the Honey Lavender Matcha Latte and Ube Latte.
Blended beverages include the Strawberry Smoothie, Mango Smoothie, Matcha Frappe and Mocha Frappe.
The signature baked good is the brand’s Cloud Cake, which comes in flavors including strawberry, mango, green tea and mocha, all artistically decorated with fresh fruit and other edible garnishes.
