Sometimes putting a little more thought into a menu staple can drive sales. The Habit Burger Grill spun its Golden Fried Chicken sandwich into a limited-time salad. The dish features hand-breaded sliced chicken breast, garden greens, feta, diced tomatoes, bacon, red onions, carrots and house-made cilantro-lime ranch dressing. More than half of consumers say they are highly likely to purchase the salad.
