Miami-based Mendez Fuels scours Instagram for the latest health trends. Earlier this year, the c-store chain opened a stand-alone location without a fueling station, putting the focus on the brand’s line of cold-pressed juices, craft beers and highly photogenic eats. The c-store chain touted its Garden Burrito, made with vegan spiced mayo, scrambled eggs and sun-dried tomato pesto, as a perfect way to fuel up for #WellnessWednesday.
