YQ by Yoplait is made with ultrafiltered milk, a type of milk that’s filtered to concentrate protein and remove sugar and lactose. After filtering, the milk is put through a churning process that ultimately creates the yogurt consistency without the tartness or chalky aftertaste of Greek-style yogurts, the company said. Other ingredients include cane sugar and natural fruit. The yogurt comes in eight flavors: Plain, Strawberry, Blueberry, Vanilla, Lime, Mango, Peach and Coconut. Each 5.3-ounce cup has a suggested retail price of $1.49 and contains 9 grams of sugar and 15 grams of protein. It is gluten-free, 99% lactose-free and contains no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors.
