LAS VEGAS -- They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And beverage makers generally find beauty when their products are in the “strike zone” of the cold vault, that magical spot at eye level where grabbing a drink is barely an arm’s reach away.
During the NACS Show, major beverage manufacturers and at least one distributor each had their own take on how and where their products should live in the cooler. Some feel the most popular should be the most obvious, while others find impulse the most desirable characteristic for key product placement.
