Circle K is the exclusive seller of Celsius’ new Essentials Sparkling Watermelon Ice.

The beverage is available now at more than 6,000 Circle K locations across the United States and to celebrate the launch, the convenience-store chain is giving away more than 47,000 cans.

Celsius Essentials Sparkling Watermelon Ice blends watermelons with an icy blast, the company said.

“Whether you’re taking a cross-country road trip or preparing for a Monday morning meeting, you’ll always find what you need to stay energized and refreshed,” said Holly Pyzik, head of packaged beverage for Circle K. “We’re happy to continue our partnership with Celsius and have our customers try this exclusive flavor.”

  • Alimentation Couche-Tard is No. 2 on CSP’s 2024 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count.

“We’re always excited to introduce new innovation to our portfolio, and our Essentials line is Celsius’ take on more energy and bold flavor profiles,” said Kyle Watson, chief marketing officer at Celsius, Boca Raton, Florida. “We’re looking to explore more unique, impactful flavors for Essentials in 2025, all while delivering the extra energy boost that consumers crave. One of our latest flavors, Watermelon Ice, packs a delicious candy-like sweetness.”

In other Celsius news, the company is entering the hydration category with Celsius Hydration, the brand’s first caffeine-free offering with electrolytes. The beverage is designed to “quench your thirst, fuel your body and help with recovery, available in convenient powder stick form,” the company said.

Celsius Hydration comes in five fruit flavors: Fruit Punch, Blue Razz, Strawberry Watermelon, Arctic Cherry and Lemon Lime. Each is 15 calories and includes essential electrolytes, B vitamins and no sugar.
