Cumberland Farms Launches Line of RTD Lattes

New products extend retailer's coffee brand

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -- Cumberland Farms launched a new line of private-label iced lattes March 22. Its Farmhouse Select Premium Espresso Iced Lattes are now available at all Cumberland Farms convenience-store locations in the Northeast and Florida.

The drinks are available for $2.59 per single-serve bottle, and customers can also score a deal of two for $4 every day, according to the company.

The lattes are available in three flavors: Mocha, French Vanilla and Sea Salt Caramel. Containing slightly more than two shots of premium espresso, each 13.7-ounce beverage has 11 grams of protein, is gluten-free and is made with low-fat milk.

“This is an important category given our passion for coffee and offering a great selection, quality and value," said John Arnold, vice president of category management. "We felt expansion into premium ready-to-drink coffees would be appealing to our customers.”

In additional to iced lattes, Cumberland Farms also offers fresh signature Farmhouse Blend or Bold coffee for just 99 cents hot or cold in any size.

With more than 600 stores, Westborough, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms ranked No. 13 in a year-end update of CSP’s2017 Top 202 list of the largest c-store chains in the United States.
