PLANO, Texas -- Dr Pepper Snapple Group has appointed Kevin Martello and Dan Ladehoff as directors of convenience and gas, David McMichael, vice president of national accounts for convenience and gas has announced.
Martello is rejoining the convenience channel as director for the Southeast region after spending a year working with the company's East Coast broker network in the newly formed Warehouse Direct business unit. He currently serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) "and brings a wealth of channel knowledge and [image-nocss] experience back to our convenience team," said McMichael.
He will continue to be based in the Tampa, Fla., area.
To assume the responsibilities of director for 7-Eleven and the West region, Ladehoff will be relocating to the North Texas area from Bentonville, Ark., where he currently serves as the company's director of operations on the Wal-Mart team. He has held many positions in the Dr Pepper Snapple organization during his tenure with the company "and will bring a new perspective to our convenience team," McMichael said.
"We set high expectations on ourselves for success in this competitive channel, and I am confident that Kevin and Dan will help our awesome brands make their way into every cup holder in America," McMichael added.
