Circle K Southeast Adds Modjo ForLife

Retailer to carry all three flavors of anti-aging, rejuvenation beverage
SUNRISE, Fla. -- Circle K Stores Inc. will be carrying Cellutions LLC's Modjo forLIFE new age anti-aging and rejuvenation beverage throughout its Southeast Division, as well as in select GNC stores countrywide.

"As an innovator, Circle K is always on the watch for new products and healthier choices for our customers and that's what we saw in new Modjo forLIFE," said Russ Kidd, category manager for the Southeast Division for Circle K. "From its great taste to its better-for-you formula with ingredients that in clinical tests have been shown to be healthier, we were impressed [image-nocss] with Modjo forLIFE, and we're confident our customers will see and reap the benefits."

Four years ago, Cellutions launched Modjo Synergy, an all natural hangover prevention supplement. Modjo Synergy tablets were the first in a series of Modjo-branded lifestyle products launched by Cellutions, which was formed in 2002. After Modjo Synergy, the company introduced Caffeine Free, Modjo Life Natural Energy Shots.

Most recently, the company introduced Modjo forLIFE, available in three flavors, Grape Pomegranate, Simply Citrus and Island Punch. Modjo forLIFE is a functional beverage powered by the natural ingredient Resveratrol, which has been shown to have anti-aging properties as reported in several clinical studies from leading universities and research centers, the company said. Modjo forLIFE is also caffeine free and contains vitamins and antioxidants.

"We're proud to have been selected for inclusion in Circle K's Q1 cooler sets and see this as true affirmation of the value proposition our Modjo forLIFE products bring to retailers and their consumers," said Cellutions founder and President Victor Diaz.

Circle K is a part of Laval, Quebec-based Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., which has a network comprised of approximately 5,900 convenience stores, more than 4,140 of which include motor fuel dispensing, located in 11 large geographic markets, including eight in the United States covering 42 states and the District of Columbia (primarily under the Circle K banner), and three in Canada covering all 10 provinces (primarily under the Mac's banner). More than 53,000 people are employed throughout Couche-Tard's retail convenience network and service centers.
