La Colombe Adds 5 New Coffee Flavors

Line extensions come as company expands distribution

PHILADELPHIA -- Ready-to-drink-coffee maker La Colombe will introduce five new RTD products this year, including two plant-based drinks, a tea and seasonal offerings.

The new products include:

  • Coconut Mocha Draft Latte: Cold-pressed Nizza espresso, frothed coconut milk sourced from Sumatra, natural and dark chocolate, and a pinch of sugar.
  • Coconut Draft Latte: Cold-pressed Nizza espresso, frothed coconut milk from Sumatra, and a pinch of cane sugar.
  • Chai Draft Latte: This Chai tea in a can brings together cold-brewed Chai and an aromatic blend of herbs and spices, including ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  • Pumpkin Spice Draft Latte: A fall seasonal beverage, cold-pressed Nizza espresso is blended with real pumpkin puree and warming spices.
  • Peppermint Mocha Draft Latte: A winter seasonal offering, this flavor pairs cold-pressed Nizza espresso with a touch of peppermint and real cocoa.

These new varieties will join La Colombe’s Draft Latte’s existing lineup, which includes the original Draft Latte, Vanilla Draft Latte, Mocha Draft Latte and Triple Draft Latte. La Colombe also produces canned cold-pressed coffee called Pure Black.

The new products come just as La Colombe has announced its growth into 25,000 points of distribution to coincide with the start of cold-coffee season.

“Our driving desire has always been to put better coffee into the hands of everyone in America,” said Todd Carmichael, cofounder of La Colombe, Philadelphia. “And this is the year that mission took off. And I mean that literally: We shot a can of Draft Latte 100,000 feet into space to celebrate the realization of our crazy dream and to show the world that you can take Draft Latte anywhere."
