QuikTrip Adding ZUN LITE

Energy drink to join retailer's product mix in February
TULSA, Okla. -- QuikTrip Corp. is adding ZUN LITE 12-oz. lightly carbonated "brain-boosting" energy drinks to all of its more than 550 convenience stores. It will be in the chain's coolers in February.

ZUN's proprietary formula includes co-enzyme Q10 and choline to promote sustainable energy and improved mental focus. The beverage is packaged in a retro-style rocket bottle. With the same taste, ZUN LITE has only 20 calories and features Blue Agave Nectar.

"QuikTrip recently completed ZUN rollout with ZUN 'original red,' and we are very excited by this opportunity [image-nocss] to add our low-calorie version ZUN LITE to complete our banner," said Brian Stearns, founder and CEO of Boulder, Colo.-based ZUN. "QuikTrip is an incredibly well-managed chain with high-volume foot traffic, a great way for ZUN to increase visibility and brand awareness."

ZUN is an "energy-plus" beverage that delivers "instant and sustainable" energy with added nutraceuticals for improved memory and focus.

Tulsa, Okla.-based QuikTrip operates 567 c-stores in the Midwest, Arizona and metropolitan Atlanta areas.
