Chester's on the Rise

C-store chicken brand opens in new Texas, Alabama locations

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Chester's International Inc., a leading fried chicken foodservice offering in the convenience store category, has announced the grand opening of its location in the Sunrise Market convenience store, gas station and laundromat in Rockport, Texas.

This Chester's location is open for lunch and dinner starting at 11:00 am. Customers will have access to Chester's bone-in chicken and tenders. It will also offer Chester's signature potato wedges and biscuits, as well as many other menu offerings to be complemented with Chester's branded sauces.

"We are excited to introduce Chester's to our community. We look forward in continuing our growth with Chester's and providing our customers with great food," said Vishal Patel, manager of Sunrise Market.

"Chester's is thrilled to partner with Sunrise Market, where quality product, exceptional value, and outstanding service are shared goals," said Chester's spokesperson Dennis Bollinger.

Chester's also announced the grand opening of its location in the Z Tec Chevron in Theodore, Ala., near Dauphin Island.

This Chester's location is open for breakfast and lunch. The store hours are 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Chester's will provide bone-in chicken, tenders and boneless wings, which is a new menu item. It will also offer the potato wedges and biscuits, other offerings and sauces.

"We look forward to bringing Chester's great tasting chicken to locals and tourist of the Dauphin Island area. Chester's in a welcomed addition to the store," Mark Cochran, owner of Z Tec Chevron, said.

"It is great to continue the Chester's brand at the Z Tec Chevron. We are eager about the opportunity to continue our long-lasting relationship and look forwards to fulfilling the food service needs of Theodore and the travelers headed to Dauphin Island," Tyler Franks, franchise business consultant for Chester's International, said

And Birmingham, Ala.-based Chester's also announced the grand opening of a location in The Store convenience outlet in Salem, Ala., which is walking distance from Auburn University.

This Chester's location is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting early in the morning allowing customers for all day access for the tasty food. At The Store, Chester's will provide bone-in chicken, tenders and boneless wings, as well as potato wedges and biscuits, other offerings and sauces.

"We hope for Chester's to bring us great luck and fortune at The Store. We look forward to serving our customers with the best fried chicken around," said owner Lucky Signh.

"We are excited to bring Chester's great tasting chicken to the folks of Salem. The Store is a great location and we are excited to have them as part of our team. We look forward to a great partnership," said Franks.
