Flash Market Renovates Chester's at Two More Locations

Operations supported by Moore Food Systems

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. -- Flash Market Inc. has completed renovations of two newly remodeled Chester's locations at convenience stores off of I-540. West Memphis, Ark.-based Flash Market has been a Chester's Chicken partner for 10 years and currently operates seven Chester's locations throughout Arkansas.

It renovated its other five locations in 2012.

These locations serve Chester's bone-in chicken, tenders and boneless wings along with signature side items such as potato wedges and buttermilk biscuits. A choice of six dipping sauces are also available to complement the menu items.

"We are very excited to continue with this venture with Chester's Chicken. Chester's adds quality and brand awareness to our foodservice. With Chester's marketing plan and our operational strengths, we hope to continue to sell a lot of chicken," said Keith Brown, foodservice director for Flash Market.

Chester's is supported by Moore Food Systems in the East Texas and Arkansas region, where it has helped strengthen Chester's presence through training, building and maintaining relationships and overall retailer support.

"We are excited to bring a new look to these locations. Flash Market operates great stores in this region," said Loyd Jones, president of Moore Food Systems, Star City, Ark.

Birmingham, Ala.-based Chester's International LLC is a leader of quick-serve restaurant (QSR) concepts with more than 2,000 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations. Along with its menu, Chester's offers flexible size and store layout options, training and support. Chester's uses only fresh chicken that is specially marinated and double-breaded using a proprietary family recipe and offers bone-in, tenders and potato wedges as well as sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast and sides.

Flash Market and its affiliated petroleum company Flash Oil Co. of Arkansas Inc., own, operate or supply fuel to more than 150 retail locations in the states of Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Missouri. Of these locations, approximately 70 are company-owned and operated under the Flash Market banner.
