FPI noted that "The Wow! Factor" is to honor foodservice packaging that increases sales because it makes consumers say, "Wow!" In addition, FPI reported that "the foodservice packaging should be creative, and specifically designed to get consumers' attention. It marries [image-nocss] good physical design, great graphics, and/or technological enhancements."
Hot Stuffs' CEO, John Fontana (pictured, right, with Neal Hollingsworth, Hot Stuff's executive vice president of marketing), accepted the honor at a dinner reception and awards ceremony held at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans.
