The recipients will be recognized at the upcoming NACUFS national conference in Milwaukee. The winning convenience stores will be profiled during [image-nocss] the Neighborhood Market Retail Workshop preceding the opening of the conference on July 7-8, 2009.
Open to all institutional members of the association, the contest recognizes creativity and innovation in marketing, merchandising, layout and design and foodservice applications. This year's contest drew 38 entries from colleges and universities throughout the United States. Judging was conducted by a three-person panel composed of a university foodservice director, trade magazine editor and a representative of the contest sponsor, PepsiCo.
