New CFO Signs on at Grindmaster-Cecilware

Beverage, foodservice equipment firm also adds operations SVP

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Grindmaster-Cecilware has announced that David Dudding has been appointed as chief financial officer for Grindmaster-Cecilware. In this position, Dudding will be responsible for all financial matters for the company and will play a key role in determining business strategy.

He will be based at the company's headquarters in Louisville, Ky.

With more than 20 years of operational and financial experience, he has held key financial roles at major companies including EnovaPremier LLC, Plumbers Supply Co., Actaris Metering Systems, General Electric and Thomas Industries.

Most recently, he was the managing director for Oldham Advisors LLC, where he provided CFO-level financial services to various companies.

The company also announced that Nestor Ibrahim has joined Grindmaster-Cecilware as senior vice president of operations. He will be responsible for all operational functions of the company including manufacturing, supply chain and industrial engineering.

He brings significant foodservice industry experience to this position. He most recently served as president of the Star Holdings Division of Middleby Corp., a leading foodservice conglomerate. He also held other key executive positions at Middleby including president of the Southbend Division and vice president of corporate supply chain.

Prior to his experience at Middleby, Ibrahim spent a number of years at Stainless Inc./Franke Inc. as the vice president of materials management and global corporate procurement.
