SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Parker’s Convenience Stores is growing the reach of its foodservice concept. The Savannah, Ga.-based retailer is bringing its Southern-inspired menu to 30 stores in Georgia and South Carolina and is extending its foodservice hours at all locations.
The retailer's scratch-made offerings have already launched at 29 of the stores. The foodservice concept will also be featured at the company’s newest location opening in Lady’s Island, S.C., in April.
“At Parker’s, we’re committed to using real ingredients and serving delicious Southern comfort food that’s made from scratch every day,” said Parker’s President and CEO Greg Parker. “We’re delighted to offer a tasty selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items that take convenience-store food to a whole new level.”
To spread foodservice sales across breakfast, lunch and dinner, Parker’s Kitchen will stay open until 7 p.m.
In Savannah, the brand’s flagship location began selling crab stew, made-to-order paninis and housemade desserts. It also has a salad bar.
