PepsiCo Launches Online Foodservice Platform

Service allows operators to manage orders, review recipes, learn about product innovation

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- PepsiCo Foodservice has launched PepsicoPartners.com, an online platform that enables PepsiCo to “serve foodservice operators with the personalized attention they’ve come to expect, but now with the ease and efficiency of e-commerce,” the company said.

In addition to providing partner operators the ability to manage orders for multiple accounts via an intuitive and streamlined interface, PepsiCo Partners will provide exclusive resources such as creative recipes incorporating PepsiCo’s unparalleled food and beverage portfolio, and detailed information about PepsiCo’s products and innovations. Further, the site will regularly update to provide access to timely and insightful business-driving tips and trends, such as how to digitally market to Gen Z consumers and how to tap into the craft market trend to increase sales.

“When our customers think PepsiCo, we want them to think ‘partner,’ ” said Anne Fink, president of PepsiCo Global Foodservice. “As all aspects of business continue to digitize, PepsiCo Partners allows us to share the very best of PepsiCo with our valuable customers and set the standard for support and partnership in the foodservice industry.”

PepsiCo Partners is compatible with a wide variety of devices, including desktop, tablet and mobile. Key site functions include:

  • Customers’ carts are prepopulated from their last order, making reordering simple.
  • Orders can be placed in advance with scheduled delivery windows.
  • Search-bar functionality allows for easy lookup of products to order.

PepsiCo Partners will continue to refresh to meet ever-changing customer needs, the company said. The new service will be discussed and demonstrated in the PepsiCo booth at next week’s National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, May 19-21.
