Thunder Ridge Ampride Spruces up its Chester’s QSR

New signs, menuboard expected to draw additional traffic

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- Thunder Ridge Ampride in Cedar Falls, Iowa, recently completed a renovation of their Chester's restaurant. Located only a few short miles from the University of Northern Iowa off of state Highway 57, this revamped Chester's is in the heart of Panther Country.

Thunder Ridge Ampride serves Chester's full menu of fried chicken, tenders, sandwiches and biscuits, as well as a variety of sides such as Chester's signature potato wedges, mashed potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad.

"I am very excited to get the new signs and menuboard. This should really help grow my business by getting customers in the store," said John Sarwar, owner of Thunder Ridge Ampride.

"We at Chester's are pleased to be able to provide the Cedar Falls community, as well as the students of University of Northern Iowa, with a more updated Chester's brand image and store design," said Brian Simmons, franchise business consultant for Chester's International. "We look forward to seeing the growth of Mr. Sarwar's business."

Chester's is a leader of quick serve restaurant concepts with more than 1,900 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations.
