Quick Chek celebrates new-store openings in Saugerties, Wantage, N.Y.
SAUGERTIES, N.J. -- Quick Chek, a privately-owned chain of nearly 120 convenience food store locations throughout New Jersey and southern New York, has announces the grand opening celebration of its newest location, in Saugerties, N.Y., where it will offer customers free coffee during the store's first 11 days in business: May 28 to June 7.

The 7,216-square-foot store will open to the public on May 28 at 5:00 a.m. following a special Quick Chek Coffee Toast ceremony on May 27 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. There, local officials, community members and store representatives will [image-nocss] gather to grind, brew and pour the very first cup of Quick Chek's fresh coffee at the new store.

Managed by Store Leader Lynn Rhinesmith, Quick Chek's Saugerties location will include a coffee bar, sub shop, soup bar, bakery items made fresh everyday, a no-fee ATM center and 20 fueling stations. And, during its first 30 days of operation, from May 28 to June 26, Quick Chek will thank the local community for its warm welcome by donating 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold to the Boys & Girls Club of Saugerties.

Quick Chek also celebrated the grand opening of a new store, in Wantage, N.J., on May 18. The retailer, which offers convenient foodservice with a fresh coffee program, is offering customers free coffee during the store's first 13 days in business: May 19 to May 31.

The 5,464-square foot store opened to the public on May 19 at 5:00 a.m. following the Quick Chek Coffee Toast ceremony on May 18 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Managed by Store Leader Kahtan Barsbay, Quick Chek's Wantage location also includes a coffee bar, sub shop, soup bar, bakery items made fresh everyday and a no-fee ATM center. It also has 12 fueling stations.

And, during its first 30 days of operation, from May 19 to June 17, Quick Chek will also mark its warm welcome to the local community by donating 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold during its first 30 days of operation to the Wantage Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Operating approximately 120 retail locations in New Jersey and southern New York, Whitehouse Station, N.J.-based Quick Chek's locations include 12 pharmacy stores and 20 locations with fuel.
