SHEBOYGAN, Wis. -- The Vollrath Co. LLC has acquired metal-crafting supplier Carlson Products, Vollrath has announced. The deal will widen Vollrath’s manufacturing capabilities for its foodservice equipment and manufacturing services divisions.
Maize, Kan.-based Carlson Products is known for metal fabrication and stamping and anodized aluminum. The company’s anodizing facility processes 30,000 pieces of equipment per day, according to the manufacturer’s website. Carlson Products also produces bakeware, such as pizza pans, stacking pans, sheet pans, grill pans and panini pans.
The acquisition of Carlson Product’s manufacturing facility gives Vollrath a total of 10 manufacturing operations.

As the two companies integrate over the next several months, Vollrath and Carlson Products will continue to support their current customers.
