Arensdorf Joins Convenience Valet as Sales & Marketing VP

LaManna promoted to vice president of merchandising services

MELROSE PARK, Ill. -- Convenience Valet has announced that Dave Arensdorf has joined the company in the capacity of vice president of sales and marketing.

Arensdorf brings more than 20 years of convenience store experience gained working with Sinclair Oil and most recently, GPM Investments/Fas Mart/Shore Stop, Richmond, Va.

"His expertise covers all facets of marketing and merchandising practices in the retail industry, and his contributions will immediately benefit our organization’s goals and objectives," said Jim Blosser, executive vice president of Convenience Valet.

And building on past success, Tom LaManna has been promoted to vice president of merchandising services. LaManna has been with Convenience Valet for the past five years in the position of director of marketing. In this new role, his primary focus will be developing unbiased category management, planograms and fact-based retail analysis.

LaManna and Arensdorf will support the company's regional sales team, its national broker network, its business partners and customers from its Chicago-area office.

Convenience Valet is a leader in blister-packaged small and trial-size consumer products. It offers a line of nationally branded convenience-size health and beauty care (HBC) items, over-the-counter (OTC) medications in single- and double-dose packets and other diverse consumer products. Convenience Valet continues to expand in all classes of trade offering more than 500 product SKUs. It has 50 years of experience servicing the convenience, grocery, drug, vending, hotel, travel and food industries and has a large selection of nationally branded products.
