CSP Daily News adds SKU-specific scorecard to Week in Review edition
OAKBROOK, Ill. -- CSP Daily News will beef up its Week in Review edition with an exclusive look at SKU-specific product performance reports, dubbed "Growing or Slowing," in major in-store categories.

Beginning tomorrow with a look at the energy-drink category, CSP Daily News will present a look at how the top 10 convenience store SKUs are performing using Information Resources Inc.'s (IRI's) Convenience Allscan data. The reports will show both unit sales and dollar sales for a recent four-week period, while also providing insight from the data.[image-nocss]

"This exclusive look at SKU-specific scan data from convenience stores will be the most up-to-date information available to most retailers," said Steve Holtz, news director of CSP Information Group. "We're pleased and proud to have IRI as a partner on this project, and we expect our readers will benefit from the weekly scorecard."

In coming weeks, "Growing or Slowing" will focus on energy shots, sports drinks and bottled water, while future reports will tackle beer and various snacks and candy sub-segments.

Watch for the first "Growing or Slowing" in tomorrow's CSP Daily News Week in Review.
