KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Pilot Travel Centers LLC is the first truckstop chain to roll out the Swiftwick HEALTH+ Medical Class II graduated athletic compression sock line to more than 400 Pilot and Flying J travel centers across North America.

The "made-in-the-USA" HEALTH+ Medical socks offer 132 needle-count graduated compression, and the retailer will sell it at the introductory price of $19.99 at more than 400 Pilot and Flying J travel centers beginning Sept. 2014.
