Reinig Joins Eby-Brown

Will serve as VP of sales in Michigan

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Eby-Brown, a leading consumer products distributor to convenience stores in the eastern United States, has announced that Geoff Reinig has been appointed to the position of vice president of sales for the Michigan Division. His responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day business of several chain accounts, as well as collaborating with the Michigan sales representatives on their daily tasks, responsibilities and opportunities with current and potential customers.

Reinig previously held the position of key account manager at US Smokeless Tobacco [image-nocss] Brands, where he oversaw national sales, product launches, promotions and advertising.

"Eby-Brown is positioned for a strong future, and that was why I decided to join the organization," said Reinig. "I look forward to growing the business through new contacts and relationships, while also meeting the challenges we face both in our specific industry, and in the state of Michigan. Convenience store distribution is fast-paced and demanding, but that's what makes it so rewarding."

A privately held company, Eby-Brown, with headquarters in Naperville, Ill., is one of the largest distributors in the United States, providing consumer goods and other products to retailers in the convenience channel of trade. Small and large retail chains, as well as independent retailers employ Eby-Brown for a variety of distribution services, execution and flexibility in program design.
