Turkey Hill Names Eby-Brown Vendor of Year

Distributor honored by convenience retailer

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Eby-Brown, a leading consumer products distributor to convenience stores in the eastern United States, was named 2009 Vendor of the Year by Turkey Hill Minit Markets, a petroleum convenience store operator with 253 locations in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Eby-Brown team was presented with the award at the annual Turkey Hill vendor meetings in Hershey, Pa.

Eby-Brown was chosen from hundreds of Turkey Hill's vendors and nominated for the award based on excellence in service. Turkey Hill and Eby-Brown have been vendor partners since early 2005.

Darel [image-nocss] Pfeiff, president of Turkey Hill, said, "We're pleased to recognize Eby-Brown as our 2009 Vendor of the Year. A privately held company, Eby-Brown, with headquarters in Naperville, Ill., is one of the largest distributors in the United States, providing consumer goods and other products to retailers in the convenience channel of trade.
