HOUSTON -- Additech Inc., a leading outsourced operator of at-the-pump interactive merchandising systems, has announced that its board of has named Bolling H. (Bo) Sasnett III to serve as the company's president and chief executive officer.

Ralph Koehrer, Additech's chairman, said that after an extensive search, the board selected Sasnett based on his broad experience in the petroleum and convenience industry, as well as his strong executive and personal qualities.

Sasnett "brings a wealth of new experience to our leadership team, which should enable him, supported by our eclectic team of professionals, to grow Additech's business significantly," said Koehrer. He is a successful and versatile executive with global experience. "The company has unique technology solutions and is well positioned for growth," Sasnett said. "I am looking forward to working with the Additech team as well as our retailer and business partners as we continue the growth and evolution of the company."

Since April 2003, Sasnett, 49, had served as the vice president of sales and marketing at Outsite Networks, where he developed loyalty marketing solutions for the retail petroleum and convenience store industries. Previously, he served as the national sales director for Dresser Wayne, a global leader of fuel dispensers, systems and services for the retail petroleum industry, and president for Dresser Wayne's Saber Technologies, a vapor recovery technology company. Prior to joining Dresser Wayne, Sasnett was president of Universel Epsco, a fuel dispenser manufacturer.

He will assume his new role on October 24, 2011, and will join Additech's board.

Houston-based Additech's patented systems, installed on more than 4,000 fueling positions, enable fuel retailers to merchandise a variety of products and services to consumers right at the gasoline dispenser. Retailers receive a share of Additech's revenues, without having to make a capital investment, while Additech is responsible for operating and maintaining the systems.
