Annual holiday party celebrates U.S. freedom
TAYLOR, Mich. -- Atlas Oil Co.'s charitable arm, Atlas Cares, will hold its third annual Marine Holiday Party on Saturday, Jen. 9. This holiday-themed party is held each year to honor and recognize the men and women who fight for freedom, according to the company.

The event, to be held from noon to 4 p.m. at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Mt. Clemens, Mich., will include live entertainment, recognition for all marines and games for children.

Atlas Oil Company is extremely passionate about giving back to those who are most deserving, the company stated. This [image-nocss] event gives Atlas Oil Company the chance to interact and give thanks to the brave men and women that unselfishly serve the country.

Attendees will include Sam Simon, CEO and owner of Atlas Oil Company, 400-500 marines, their families and children, as well as Atlas Cares volunteers.

Atlas Cares is an employee-sponsored and -directed charitable program within Atlas Oil Co. Atlas is proud of this community-based program, which helps those less fortunate and rewards those deserving recognition. Atlas Cares operates due to the generosity of its team members, select vendors and business partners who donate their time, skills and resources to this program.
