Chevron ExtraMile Announces 'Warp Speed' Instant Win Game

Promotion ties into Star Trek Into Darkness

SAN RAMON, Calif. -- Chevron ExtraMile has announced its new Warp Speed Instant Win Game in support of the upcoming film Star Trek Into Darkness opening May 17, 2013. Now through June 30, or while supplies last, eligible visitors to participating ExtraMile locations in California, Oregon and Washington can request a game card with a one-in-10 chance to win instant prizes such as one of 10 Star Trek-themed gaming centers including a 40-in. HDTV, Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, gaming chair and Star Trek: The Video Game. Other prizes include 100 Xbox 360 consoles with the new Star Trek: The Video Game, 500 Star Trek (2009) DVD and Blu-Ray packs, and more.

Consumers will also have an opportunity to collect an exclusive set of Star Trek Into Darkness collectible cups when purchasing a 32-ounce fountain drink of choice while supplies last. Each cup features the Star Trek Into Darkness movie characters or the Enterprise starship.

To play Chevron ExtraMile's Warp Speed Instant Win Game, consumers visiting participating ExtraMile stores can obtain a scratchoff game card to reveal if they are an instant winner. In addition to prizes from Xbox and Star Trek, winning game cards may reveal thousands of onsite prizes including Seattle's Best Coffee, Doritos chips, Snickers or Milky Way Brand Bites, Resource Natural Spring Water, Pepsi-Cola and ExtraMileBucks.

The promotion is exclusive to ExtraMile sites only. There is no purchase necessary; consumers can visit one of ExtraMile's more than 600 retail locations in California, Oregon or Washington to pick up a game card.
