UDF, Blue Jackets ink multi-year renewal of corporate partnership
NORWOOD, Ohio -- United Dairy Farmers Inc. (UDF) has renewed its corporate partnership with the Columbus Blue Jackets hockey team. The retailer has been a partner since the 2003-04 season. The agreement designates the chain's Homemade Brand as the official ice cream of the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Elements of the partnership include in-arena messaging via electronic signage and the presence of multiple branded ice cream stands on the arena concourses. In addition, UDF is also included in the Dispatch Family Pack offer which features a UDF ice cream voucher along with a game [image-nocss] ticket, Sugardale hot dog, popcorn, Pepsi and Dispatch Ice Haus skate pass for $25 per person.

The Columbus Blue Jackets is a professional ice hockey team based in Columbus, Ohio. The team is a member of the Central Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL).

UDF, headquartered in Norwood, Ohio, currently owns and operates more than 185 dairy/convenience stores specializing in made-to-order, hand-dipped ice cream cones, sundaes and shakes. In addition to operating stores, the company manufactures and distributes branded milk, ice cream and dairy products under the Homemade Brand Premium Ice Cream and United Dairy Farmers brand names. Homemade Brand can be found in leading grocery stores in the Ohio market and beyond.
