Kum & Go Wants to Become Hum & Go
Convenience-store chain selects new in-store music, messaging
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa -- Kum & Go LC has selected MTI Digital to provide its first in-store music program for the chain's new convenience stores. Customers and employees will hear an extensive mix of contemporary, upbeat music while they shop and work.
"With the introduction of our Marketplace store design, we wanted to provide our customers with lots of unexpected extras. Music at the pumps and in the stores provides an enhanced shopping experience for our customers and a benefit for our store associates," said Chris Jones, senior vice president of marketing for Kum & Go.
"MTI Digital was a great partner and made it easy to bring this upgrade to our new stores," he said.
"MTI Digital is proud to add Kum & Go to its list of select music customers," said Bradley Golden, president of MTI.
