Mark VII Announces New VP of Finance, Accounting

Tribbett takes over for departing Kleu

ARVADA, Colo. -- Mark VII Equipment Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of WashTec AG of Germany, a leading supplier of solutions for the carwash business worldwide, said that Timothy Tribbett will assume the role of vice president of finance and accounting on Jan. 1, 2009. He takes over from Christoph Kleu, who is returning to his native Germany to pursue other interests.

Tribbett has more than 14 years of financial management experience at global manufacturing companies. He joins Mark VII from Norgren Inc., a manufacturer of pneumatic products, where he was director of finance and [image-nocss] controller. Tribbett previously served in a variety of finance roles with Crane Co., The GSI Group Inc. and Federal-Mogul Corp.

"I'm excited to welcome Tim to Mark VII," said Murray Kennedy, president and CEO at Mark VII. "As the U.S. subsidiary of a German company, it's great to have someone with his depth of manufacturing experience and global perspective on my management team."

He added, "I'd also like to thank Christoph for his contributions to Mark VII. He has been instrumental in transitioning the company from a North America-focused carwash manufacturer to being a key business unit of the global leader in the carwash industry."

Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Arvada, Colo., Mark VII is a wholly owned subsidiary of WashTec. The combined companies have a global installed base of more than 30,000 units and sell a complete line of touchfree and friction rollover, self-serve, truck and tunnel carwash systems, as well as ancillary products and services.

WashTec AG and Mark VII are not related to or affiliated with Integrated Services Inc., a U.S. company that markets a car wash controller product in the U.S. under the trademark WashTEC.
