Note to Readers: Improving CSP Daily News

More news, faster, easier and with responsive design for mobile

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. -- Welcome to your new CSP Daily News! Over the past year, we've been making almost weekly changes and improvements to make your reading experience more pleasant and, honestly, easier and faster. We think you'll find this new format of CSP Daily News does all three.

CSP Daily News now mobile, responsive design

Essentially, we've narrowed our e-newsletter down to the content you've told us you value most: news and data. With bigger, clearer fonts, you'll find the top news of the day front and center, and, with a quick scroll, the top news in each of the convenience-store industry's major categories at your fingertips.

And scrolling has never been easier with a new responsive design that automatically scales the CSP Daily News newsletter to fit perfectly on most smartphones and tablets.

"Not only is the general population using mobile technology more and more, but our own data shows more CSP Daily News readers are accessing our newsletters on mobile devices than ever before and, actually, more often than they read the newsletter on their PCs," said Steve Holtz, CSP's online news director. "That made making the decision to move to a cleaner, responsive design easy, and I expect readers will welcome the change."

Similar changes will be coming to CSP's other newsletters, as well, making it easier for readers to stay on top of the convenience-store industry.
