Royal Buying Group Creates New Divisions

Also announces promotions, new hires

LISLE, Ill. -- Royal Buying Group Inc. (RBG) has announced new divisions, promotions and hires within its corporate department. The RBG corporate department is now comprised of a newly developed marketing department and digital advertising sales department, along with the preexisting executive office, general office, and human resources departments.

Donna Rubis came to the RBG in 2009 and was hired as the executive assistant to Michael Zielinski, president and CEO and the RBG board. She has recently been promoted to marketing manager, in addition to her current role [image-nocss] in providing executive office assistance to the company. Rubis has eight years of executive and office management experience working in the information technology and aviation industries. Her chief role within the RBG marketing department will be to oversee and manage all marketing projects and development.

Erika Swanson has been working for RBG since 2010 as the graphic designer and has been recently promoted to graphic design manager. Her main responsibilities will be in the design and creation of promotional and marketing projects, materials, along with RBG's monthly Competitive Edge magazine.

Katie Ames has been working for RBG since 2008 and was hired as the administrative assistant/receptionist for the general office and human resources department. She has since been promoted to the position of communications coordinator. Her primary role in the marketing department will be in the execution and monitoring of all of RBG's marketing and communications.

Nora Keane has been working with RBG since 2010 and was hired as a digital advertising sales representative. In correlation to the expansion of the STARZ Advertising responsibilities within RBG, she was promoted to digital advertising sales team lead. Her key role is to promote and sell STARZ advertising, along with additional sales support for the 2011 "U.S. Fuels Conference & Trade Show," the Florida Petroleum Marketers Sunshine Food & Fuel Expo and the Pacific Oil Conference & Trade Show.

Cheryl Fronczak is the newest member to the digital advertising sales department and joined the team in the winter of 2011. She will be working alongside Keane in the efforts of promoting and selling STARZ advertising, in addition to selling sponsorships and exhibit space for those shows.

Matt Metoyer joined the company as the new human resource manager and office manager to in January 2011. His position is principally to manage and maintain the benefits, policies and procedures of the personnel and provide direction, focus,and leadership for all general office issues.

RBG, headquartered in Lisle, Ill., is a national organization dedicated to maximizing sales and profitability of convenience stores, petroleum locations, college book stores, truckstops/travel plaza centers, auto repair facilities, drug stores, tobacco outlets and liquor stores. It now represents more than 6,000 locations nationwide.
