Sinclair Oil to Accept the Pacific Pride Card

Agreement will bring number of sites that accept card to more than 5,000
SALT LAKE CITY -- Sinclair Oil Corp. has agreed to have the more than 2,000 Sinclair-branded fuel locations accept the Pacific Pride Network Super Plus card. The new sites will be coming on line over the next eight to 12 weeks The agreement will bring the number of sites that accept the card to more than 5,000.

"This alliance with Pacific Pride Services is a logical extension of our long standing relationship with Wright Express. The Sinclair footprint provides needed coverage for Pacific Pride and new Fleet sales opportunities for our distributor network," said Jack Barger, [image-nocss] vice president of Sinclair Oil.

"This cooperative arrangement with Sinclair Oil provides Pacific Pride Marketers a growing customer base with sites they need when traveling in the areas where Sinclair has a strong presence," said Gregory D. Salem, Ore.-based Pacific Pride Services LLC is a subsidiary of Wright Express Corp., South Portland, Maine. Wright Express is a leading global provider of payment processing and information management services. The company's charge cards are used by commercial and government fleets to purchase fuel and maintenance for approximately 4.6 million vehicles. Pacific Pride Services is the franchisor of the Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling System, which has 326 franchisees operating more than 2,000 U.S. sites.

Salt Lake City-based Sinclair operates as the major oil brand supplying fuel to more than 2,500 company and distributor-operated c-stores in more than 22 states.
